Customer Service Manager
Salary - Excellent (DOE)
Management of the Customer Service Department
Ensuring on time delivery, continuous improvements and KPI's are met in a timely and professional manor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing help and advice to customers using the organisation's products or services
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, or face-to-face
Ensuring customer reports are sent on a weekly basis thus keeping them informed of the status of their orders
Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants or sales staff
Work effectively with the Sales team
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards
Meeting with other department managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service and customer problems
Involvement in staff recruitment and appraisals
Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
Learning about your organisation's products or services and keeping up to date with changes
Liaise with other parts of the business (Inter Co.) ensuring the accurate flow of orders
Attend bi weekly production meetings - identifying potential issues that will delay orders being delivered on time
Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organisation is providing- work with Sales Director and Quality Manager
Attending Monthly Management meetings
Good planning, organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
Sound understanding of customer requirements
Team player but able to work on own initiative.
Ability to prioritise workload
Ability to work to deadlines/targets/timelines
