A Global Consultancy Company is looking to recruit an experienced PMO/Business Operations Manager to join their headquarters in London. Woking can also be a base location. Great Salary package on offer.

The PMO/Business Operations Manager will act as a business partner to all levels within the business unit (SAP). This is done through acting as the centre of all information in the business and using management information and insight to drive optimised decision-making by the Business Unit leadership team.

Duties:

  • Dealing with senior and challenging stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Supporting your given Business Unit, with 400 + employees in the BU
  • Presenting back to management level about your suggested actions
  • Management and control of internal costs
  • Budget creation and management of the financial and operational performance of a Business Unit and presenting back to the CFO
  • Process and kpi driven
  • Admin tasks such as approving expenses

Skills:

  • PMO or Business Operation Management background preferred
  • Solid stakeholder management
  • Ability to forecast, report and present up to CFO level
  • Solid skills in Excel
  • Ideally the candidate will come from a consultancy background
