Client Engagement Manager

This role involves managing a team of Engagement Specialists who maintain and grow the companies client base.
You will draw on previous experience of working within a sales environment and managing a team to help increase the number of client registrations, generate sales funnels and set challenging but achievable team targets.

You'll have a passion for making a difference, will demonstrate the companies values every day and will get a buzz from leading a team to achieve successful results.

This is an exciting position which will vary and develop with the business needs. It will give the right candidate the opportunity to grow within the role, with freedom to make it your own.

-Manage and lead a team of 6-8 people, ensuring that the department is achieving the objectives in an efficient and high quality manner
-Ensure your team fulfill their potential by motivating and coaching them to develop their skills
Use creativity to come up with ideas to motivate and energise your team
-Have the ability to provide feedback to address any behavioral issues in a reasonable and considered manner
-Carry out HR tasks including reviewing absence management, completing 1-2-1's and appraisals; issue formal procedures where appropriate with guidance from the head of Client Engagement and other members of senior management
-Provide input into business development strategies to retain our existing client base, re-engage with previous clients and attract new business
-Resolve any escalated client queries in a professional and caring manner, always putting the client at the forefront of everything we do.
-Work closely with marketing to help implement and manage recruitment campaigns, making sure leads are followed up
-Develop strong working relationships with other managers within Client Engagement to make sure our clients' journey runs smoothly and all department work is aligned
-Review 'back office' reports to analyse sales trends and maximise opportunities
-Track, monitor and report back on the team's progress, and highlight any requirements for strategy changes/enhancements.
