Adecco are currently recruiting Administrative Assistants to work with our well know client based in Bishopbriggs on a 3 month temporary contract.
The successful candidate will be required to check various aspects of customer policies against set criteria in order to determine which correspondence needs to be sent from set options. You will then update letter templates in line with the customer files and send. You will also be required to update the customer policies with actions taken and update log to track outputs. There is no telephone work involved in this role.
Applicants will preferably have an administrative/data entry background, good attention to detail and written skills along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
A shuttle bus will be available from Glasgow City Centre to Bishopbriggs (return) and is free of charge.
Hours of Work - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Start date - ASAP
