Our client is looking for an excellent candidate who has incredibly strong computing/excel skills as well as having some previous office experience to bring to the role.
JOB ROLE: Contract Administrator
JOB TYPE: Temporary
LOCATION: City of London
DURATION: ongoing- minimum 3 months
HOURS: 9.00am - 17.30pm
SALARY: £12.00 - £14 per hour
Keeping spreadsheets up to date and manually keying in data
Provide assistance in the development, negotiation and review of SLAs, contracts, agreements or any
other documents for third-party suppliers
Preparing and creating presentations for members to present
Liaising with clients and relevant departments
Managing expenses and reimbursement processes
- Managing contracts and accounts
Ensure performing of volume validations, analysis, and coordinating approval for invoicing
SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Previous experience in a senior level administrative position
University degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education
- Excellent relationship building skills
