JOB ROLE: Graduate Administrator
JOB TYPE: Temporary role
COMPANY: Consultancy Business
HOURS: 09.00 - 5.00pm
SALARY: £10-£11 per hour
LOCATION: City of London

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Liaise with internal and external clients and customers
- Co-coordinate multiple meeting room diaries
- Arrange travel/accommodation and composition of itineraries
- Co-ordination of mail and correspondence received and produced by the business
- Daily administration and maintenance of general office facilities
- Assist the Head of Business Services with corporate event organisation as approved by management
- General daily administration including scheduling meetings, organising purchase orders
- Adhoc duties as and when required
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Excellent level of Education - Graduate*
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional corporate experience
- Proficient with all Microsoft packages
