Rate of pay: £9.00ph

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm 35 hours per week

Contract: 6 months - with potential progression

Location: Swindon

Overview of the role:

As a Resourcing Services Advisor you will provide high quality and consistent advice, administering and quality checking resourcing processes within HR Policy, ensuring all service operation levels are maintained.

In this role you will be raising and posting vacancies to internal and external careers sites. You will be booking interviews and assessments, administering online assessments and potentially performing telephone interviews.

  • Experience of working with a candidate management system
  • Experience and a proven background of working within a recruitment delivery role
  • Target driven
  • IT Skills and able to learn in-house systems
  • Administration skills
