This is a permanent position and this key role is full time, my client offers a very competitive salary depending on experience.
The main duties and objectives of this role are to support the Project Managers and the wider project team in all aspects of project related work. Duties will include:
*Assisting with the management of budgets and all aspects of Focalpoint.
*Dealing with orders.
*Liaison with Project Procurement on appointments and variations.
*Dealing with processing new consultants.
*Warranties and Letters of Reliance.
*Producing sales packs.
*Liaison with Graphics team on technical plans.
*Updating of reports and plans and notifying interested parties of any updates.
*Assisting the Technical team with appendices and plans.
Health and Safety
*Assisting the Technical Manager with updating the data base and protocols.
*Risk assessments updates for Project Managers.
*Updating records and ensuring site visit reports are filed and actioned.
*Assisting the Project team with the creation and updating of hazards plans.
*Agreeing agenda for meetings with Senior Property Development Manager.
*Updating presentation for Project Reviews, ensuring Project Managers provide relevant information to allow updated slides and key decisions to be made at each meeting.
*Taking of minutes in Project Review meetings and ensuring Project Secretaries produce final version for sign off by Senior Property Development Manager.
*Taking of minutes in all Key Reviews and ensuring Project Secretaries produce final version for sign off by Project Manager.
Provide support to other team members
*Assisting colleagues with workload where necessary.
*Providing IT support.
