Adecco are proud to be working with their client based in South Ayrshire who are looking for someone to join their team on an on going temporary basis.
The main purpose of the role is to assist customers and clients by answering calls, dealing with emails and liaising with other departments to ensure that best service is being offered.
The perfect candidate will need to have:
Excellent attention to detail
A can-do attitude, so that customers can receive a second to none service
An excellent telephone manner
The ability to communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues.
The ability to work as part of a small team
Accurate computer skills
Pro-active attitude with a desire to help others
Flexible and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
Organised with perfect timekeeping
Excellent verbal and written English
Must be able to travel for company/ training days off site
Good general understanding of PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
