Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading public sector clients.

Based in Milton Keynes on an initial 6 month contract the client are looking for an Project Administrator with meet and greet experience.

Providing admin support to project managers, overseas regions and programme teams relating to supplier orders and invoices and the ordering and tracking of goods and services as well as administrative roles and responsibilities as required.

Experience Required.
*Act as first point of contact for customer/supplier enquiries
*Obtain quotes from suppliers to aid project delivery.
*Escort visitors on site as requires.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Ability to provide support to management and project teams
*Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as dealing with customers at all levels
*IT literate with extensive practical experience of the Microsoft Office Suite
*Experience of Requisitioning and ordering of goods and services
*Strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to solve problems.
*Experience of raising requisitions, receipting

The successful candidate must be SC Cleared or be able and wiling to go through the security vetting check.
