Job responsibilities

*To manage existing accounts, meeting our client's needs and providing an excellent level of service
*Pro-actively look for process and system enhancements to improve our clients' experience
- Work closely with marketing team to produce marketing campaigns to develop new business.
*Host conference calls, and attend face-to-face meetings when required, to assess our clients' requirements and tailor the best package to suit their needs
*To ensure managers within Client Engagement are kept up-to-date with client feedback and any escalating queries
*To build strong relationships with your clients' and advise them on the best products and services to help achieve their employee engagement strategic goals
*Resolve any client queries in a professional and caring manner, always putting the client at the forefront of everything we do
*Communicate regularly within the department to make sure our clients' journey runs smoothly and all department work is aligned

Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience of account management.
-Previous experience in building rapport with customers.
- Have experience in a client facing role.
*A motivated self-starter who can manage their own workload
*Professional yet friendly phone manner, able to communicate accurately and confidently without over promising
*Pays careful attention to detail, keeps records up to date and delivers on our commitments
*Proactively seeks new opportunities and works with pace and energy
*A team player who is willing to get involved in departmental activities and company events
