We are currently recruiting for an exciting new role at our global client in Bracknell. This opportunity is working within the Digital Platforms and Innovations Team, where you will be coordinating with Brand Communications Team.

You'll be part of a team with big targets and an even bigger ambition. You'll be an integral part of the team and will have the freedom to improve existing activities, be creative and run projects end to end.

This will be looking after the review program, where members of the database have the opportunity to test, review and then keep selected products.

The program involves working with the product team to identify products for which to collect reviews, using the CRM system, to decide which customers to contact to run the review program and then managing the entire personalised communication with each customer to send them products to review and keep.

This requires an understanding of how customer reviews work, communication principles when dealing with customers and an appreciation of the basics of Brand Communications and Marketing.

You will be using a CRM solution to send regular newsletters to our database for various activities such as launches, events, offers, news and more.

Apart from your work on the review program, where you will use the CRM system, you will also be responsible for certain marketing emails and programs for selected products. There are a number of projects and ideas for CRM that are waiting for someone to take the lead on and grow.

This requires an understanding of customer communications, writing and planning newsletters and broader Brand Communications and Marketing basics.

Apart from your main responsibilities described above, as a member of the Digital Innovations team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of digital marketing and brand communications.

The client are looking for someone who can take initiative, find solutions and help us execute the Review program and CRM more effectively. You'll have a lot of responsibility and get all the support you need, so the onus is on you to make the best use of it. In addition, you will have:

* Close attention to detail to as you will be in charge of communications directly with the customers.

* Good grasp of English, as you'll be writing personalised communications to customers and will need to make sure you are clear, concise and precise in your words along with proper spellings and grammar.

* Ability to think critically and analyse activities to see what worked, what didn't and what can be improved.

* You should be able to work well with different people across the business and deliver results.

* To manage your responsibilities, you must be good at managing your time.
