TEMPORARY FINANCE ASSISTANT
Office Angels are urgently recruiting for a temporary Finance Assistant to work for one of our well established client firms. The role will initially be for a period of 4 weeks but could extend. Our client is experiencing unprecedented growth and is consistently winning awards for exceptional customer service.
This role will support the finance and accounting functions and will report in to the Finance Manager.
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Issuing invoices and credit notes to clients
Processing volume invoices on a bespoke system
Recording financial transactions on a daily and monthly basis
Manage receivables and payables
Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts
Resolving client invoice queries
This is a busy and demanding temporary contract and the successful candidate must have experience in a similar role. Attention to detail is essential together with advanced MS Excel skills. You will be working in a busy team environment and therefore excellent interpersonal and team-working skills are required.
