Technical Customer Service
The role is working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role will include:
* Providing supporting for the clients computer users in terms of incidents, service requests, changes and system administration
* Keep users informed of their request at key stages
* Take requests and deal with queries from users and pass on to the relevant teams to deal with
To be considered for this role you will need to have good customer service and call handling skills, knowledge of working to service level agreements and express an interest in working within a technical role.
