Our client provides healthy alternatives for its customers, boosting their intake of essential fruit and vegetables through its products. They're a multi level marketing company which has grown tremendously over their 20+ year cycle and are now moving their customer service centre to the UK. They're currently looking for a number of strong customer service representatives to join their team based in the West London area. The successful candidates will have a vast about of experience within customer service and will be able to communicate with customers and distributors.

This is an inbound calls customer service position. Your daily delegations are outlined below:

* Handle calls or emails and social media as assigned by management, ensuring individual targets are met on a daily basis
* Enter appropriate and correct data in respective data systems
* Work towards SLA's as set by management
* Ensure all communication with customers and distributors is of a professional standard and meets the expectations set out by the business
* Carry out all other tasks as assigned by the management team
* Strive for a first time resolution to all enquiries via call, email and social media
* Support CRM, quality and incident management together with other administrative tasks
