Reward and Performance Manager
Lead a highly motivated, capable, innovative and integrated Reward and Performance team, developing talent and a performance management culture in order to drive value through staff engagement and holding people to account.
*Create and define Reward strategy for all roles
*Design and implement policy for annual salary and cash bonus awards for all roles
*Provide value added advice to HRBPs and business managers on reward, this includes compensation, benefits
*Review and agree grading proposals for new and changed roles, in light of 'best practice'
*Drive the performance management cycle through the HRBPs ensuring key activities are understood, embedded and actioned including performance reviews, objective setting, calibration and development planning.
*Review and update the performance management framework,
*Provide the business with effective performance development materials and advice
