Adecco are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager for our client based in Harlow. This is a permanent position with a growing established business that can offer career development and is an upbeat and sociable place to work.

This is a fantastic opportunity that allows local travel and a very attract benefits packages that requires the individual to be eager to increase sales and build local client relationships.

The position will be based in Harlow, Essex offering a salary negotiable plus a rewarding commission scheme. This also includes 20 days holiday and travel expenses.

Duties will include:

*Building a data base of local business managing the new accounts assigned providing support to the customers, using scheduled call patterns, face to face visits and regular phone calls.

*Generating demand by contacting and meeting new and existing clients, primarily incremental new business.

*Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from enquires and marketing activities. Identifying sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned.

*Ability to be proactive and make quality sales calls with the view to book in prospect meetings.

*Targeting key decision makers and discussing their requirements.

*Organise and attend meetings with prospect and existing business in order to establish and maintain professional relationships.

*Maintain excellent time management, ensuring you can meet any customer requirements the same day.

*Understanding the prospect business needs and be able to write a proposal that best meets their requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

Adecco are looking for candidates who are dedicated and passionate about sales. You will be target driven, have exceptional time keeping and hold yourself to the highest professional conduct in the workplace.

*Proven experience within a telesales, accounts management or customer focused sales based role.

*Experience selling to the commercial sector would be highly advantageous.

*The ability to be able to build upon existing and develop new working relationships.

*Customer focused with a professional approach.

*Resilience, self motivation and ability to work under pressure.

*Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.

*Motivation to hit and exceed targets.

*A full valid UK licence with access to a car

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am- 5:30pm.
