My client is looking for an energetic and positive Customer Service Manager (German Speaking) to respond, investigate and resolve customer requests. Working as part of the Customer Services Team, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and partners in Germany, providing world class service and support.
The position will be based in Bishops Stortford offering a salary of between £35,000-£38,000 per annum and a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business. Please note that due to the nature of the business a minimal amount of out of hours support is a part of the role.
Key Accountabilities:
*Delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.
*Ensuring that all Customer Service functions (Incident Management and Order Fulfilment) are met at all times.
*Manage a small team of customer service executives. This role will also involve reporting and managing improvement against SLA that are in place.
*Efficiently resolving customer queries via telephone, email and live chat to a professional standard
*Managing Order Fulfilment as they come through on the tickets.
*Ownership of incidents through to resolution.
*Building and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders internally and externally.
*Slowly build the customer service team in the German region.
*General administrative duties.
The successful candidate:
*Proven experience within a customer services administrative role in an office based environment.
*Language skills: English plus fluent German is essential.
*Confident in building a good rapport with customers and maintaining this through out the whole process.
*Intermediate excel skills- Advance knowledge of excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups) would be advantageous.
*You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure.
*NVQ qualified or equivalent in customer service or administration would be highly advantageous.
*Strong IT and computer literacy skills; Confident handling and analysing numerical data.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00am-17:30pm including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
