Customer Service Advisor - including Saturdays
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Advisor to join a progressive organisation based in Swanley. Joining a team that responds to incoming calls from existing clients, the role is to start immediately on a Temp to Perm basis.
This is a full time position based over 5 days, working 9am - 5.30pm for 4 weekdays and 9am - 3.30pm on Saturdays. My client can offer flexibility for you to choose a weekday off that suits you and possible overtime during peak times of business.
The ideal candidate will be passionate in delivering expert customer care, have a warm and confident telephone manner and will be looking for an opportunity to develop within a professional and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide first point of contact for all new and existing clients
- Answer all general queries, reschedule appointments, providing progress updates
- Troubleshooting and aiming to resolve reported issues over the telephone
- Logging incoming calls and raising tickets on a bespoke system
