Adecco are currently recruiting for a Complaints Handler for our well established client based in Harlow. This is a permanent position with a successful established business that can offer career development and an upbeat and sociable place to work.
The successful candidate will join the Customer care team and will be responsible for responding to complaints regarding actions, ensuring that the complaint is recorded and dealt with quickly and efficiently

This is a permanent position paying a salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum including other benefits such as free parking and a generous pension scheme.

Key Accountabilities:

*Identify, record, investigate and resolve complains in accordance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

*Support the team leader in identifying issues which adversely affect the level of service.

*Correspond with various departments in preparing corrective actions to reduce the level of complaints made by customers.

*Investigate and advise on complaints and supply relevant information about their rights.

*Liaise with various suppliers in assessing engineers when investigating complaints.

*Produce reports using programs such as excel, word and office. Typically this his involves recording claims issues and queries.

*To be the first point of contact for the customer, and being an advisor who can act professionally and provide a friendly service.
The successful candidate:
*Proven working experience as a Complaints Handler with experience in handling this verbally and written.

*Proven experience within a call centre, preferably within insurance or motor trade industry.

*An excellent knowledge of FCA and FOS procedures is essential.

*An excellent knowledge of Motorcodes is essential.

*IT literate - proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

*An interest in the motor trade would be preferable.

*The ability to work effectively under pressure both within a team or on own initiative

*Receive feedback in a positive manner and demonstrate positive attitude at all times.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am- 17:30pm.
