JOB ROLE: Graduate Administrator

JOB TYPE: Temporary - Permanent

HOURS: 09:00 - 17:30

SALARY: £21,000 - £25,000

LOCATION: City of London

CULTURE: Very professional, friendly and hardworking.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

*70% Office administration & ensure smooth running of the office

*30% secretarial support to the Chairman

*Organisation of meetings and arranging all necessary catering facilities

*Filing documentation; Paper and electronic *Answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner SKILLS,

EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

* Must have an excellent typing speed limit 60/70wpm

*Excellent communication & organisation skills

*Strong inter-personal skills

*Must have a calm manner & professional attitude

*Ability to prioritise
