The Global Web Management Executive reports to the Global eMarketing Manager and is based in Basingstoke, UK. The position supports the commercialization of the product portfolio on our corporate website, through the creation and maintenance of marketing pages and assistance with associated e-marketing tasks.

The position serves a key role in supporting content review and publication to ensure that the products web pages are up to date, attract and convert visitors, meet regulatory requirements and represent the best customer experience possible.


*Support the introduction and promotion of new products on the website by reviewing and completing content descriptions, key word, category and other requirements, and managing content through the publication process.
*Publish content to the website (events, promotions, application marketing pages) using the content management system (Adobe CQ5) following guidelines and best practice for layout and customer engagement.
*Maintain specific products on the company website by updating product content in web databases, addressing content error reports associated with product pages, and working with the product management team and regulatory processes to correct.
*Improve product visibility in internal and external search in order to help customers locate products of interest.
*Build and maintain knowledge of corporate digital systems, processes and governance standards.
*Ensure all web updates receive appropriate reviews and maintain records as agreed.
*Develop web forms for lead capture.
*Support the Global eMarketing Manager to action corporate requests relating to the website.
*Undertake additional tasks as required associated with the promotion, maintenance and reporting of the product portfolio on the website
*Take on new tasks and learn new skills as required.

Minimum Requirements:
*Ideally a Degree in marketing, life sciences or a similar field
*Demonstrable experience in digital and web management
*Interest in the products and services related to sciences
*Excellent written English
*Must be detail oriented - must have the ability to identify and resolve problems and complete tasks with attention to detail
*Responsive team player
*Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
*Ability to work in a structured environment and follow processes
*Ability to adapt to change
*Professional demeanor to interact with global and corporate contacts
*Proficient at learning new software and systems
*Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential, working knowledge of Photoshop advantageous.
*As this is a global support role, some flexibility of working hours may occasionally be required.
The role may require occasional overseas travel.
